I have tried this method on one surface and it worked flawlessly, but now when I select texture/projected on another surface that texture becomes highly stretched. WebYeah, I was thinking the same thing, portal 2 does not appear to be only using projected textures. I think the sentence "Support for projected textures will be greatly enhanced in Portal 2, which appears to use them for 100% of its lighting." should be reworded- or removed entirely.
