WebHuntsville is pretty much an endpoint and I don’t see why there would be traffic moving around the city from one neighborhood to another. Most people drive from home to work and back, or to downtown for entertainment. I just don’t get it or buy the argument that a bypass would somehow relieve congestion on 72 or 565.
