Web29 de dez. de 2011 · okay I had that problem and my hid guy told me that the oem ballast does that only when you use aftermarket blubs. so if you to use aftermarket blubs you have to use the aftermarket ballast and you won't have that issue anymore. and you could put it inside the headlight by taking out the oem ballast.
