WebI currently own an Oculus Rift S and I'm planning on building a PC around it so in other Reddit thread I was told a Used 1080Ti for around $400 is a good option for VR and RPG games ( like assassin's creed origins) 4K Gaming on a TV since the PC is going to be situated on the Living room where there is space for the VR.
