Yes the damage from the 3d8 Thunder damage for an 18th LvL weapon attack gets Maxed.... But does the resulting damage 'IF' the target moves on it's turn, 4d8 Thunder damage, get maxed as well because they were cast with the same spell? Blade of Wrath.
